CHINA INTERNATIONAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT ACADEMY. (China’s first four-year English-language tertiary faculty for top-level hotel & hospitality management, offering extensive Bachelor and Master programmes.) STATUS: (Initiated Dec. 2007) Deferred to late-2013.

PEGASUS FLIGHT ACADEMY FOR AIRLINE PILOTS (The first, ICAO-9868 fully compliant, civil airline MPL & CPL pilot training facility in China. Sino-Foreign JV) STATUS: (Initiated May 2009) In progress Jan. 2013.

Opportunities in China

On behalf of the, mainly foreign, funding principals of the various industrial, agricultural, infrastructure and environmental development projects and JV start-ups in the People’s Republic of China, coordinated and assisted by the international foundation Asian Development Assistance Board (ADAB), we are constantly recruiting experienced middle and higher management staff.

Prospective candidates, of any nationality and gender, should have a recognized tertiary degree (various disciplines) with at least three to five years’ hands-on experience and preferably with a broad business management background and some Asian exposure.
Further essential requirements are an excellent proficiency in both Putonghua (Mandarin) and English; strong communication and negotiation skills; an analytical mind and able to work independently in a typical, sometimes relatively isolated, Chinese environment.

	A young international general & civil aviation services organisation, with operations in the Far East, Pacific Rim and the USA, is planning to expand its current activities into new fields. The organisation is searching for an energetic, ROI-oriented, top-level manager to establish and organise a separate division dedicated to one or more of the following tasks for both fixed wing and rotary operations: • Sourcing and contracting professional flight crew and cabin staff for airlines and operators; • Flight planning, scheduling, crewing and logistic support for small regional airlines and ferry flight operators; • Sourcing, recruitment and leasing of aircraft technicians and line maintenance staff.
